So many few of them are as follows 1. HR policy, 2. Caste feeling (baised towards to caste) 3. No proper method of evaluting system for employee performance. 4. Employee promotion or confirmation or salaray hike will be purely based on the relationship bewteen employee and management not on the how much u work or how efficiently you work 5. is upgrade version of Vijai Eectricals only it is not a MNC 6.
