Company Review The company is overall good, but some departments need improvement. HR Department: The HR department officers seem more focused on their own leisure rather than their responsibilities. Employees are left to struggle with their problems, and if they decide to leave or raise concerns, HR refrains from taking any action against management or managers unless there’s a written proof like an email. Operations Department: The operations department is excellent. The team and management are very professional and supportive. Their approach to work and coordination is commendable. When it comes to workshops, the management seems more focused on highlighting their own benefits rather than addressing the real issues. Instead of genuine appreciation, employees often face fault-finding sessions under the guise of feedback. Additionally, the management enforces strict attendance on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) despite weekly offs. If you miss a weekend, you risk becoming the manager’s “biggest enemy,” which forces employees to come even on their days off. If an employee happens to take the weekly off as per policy, the manager may even call for a meeting against them. Employees feel compelled to silently agree with non-technical managers to avoid conflicts, as the managers often justify the strict rules by highlighting the salary, incentives, and benefits provided by the company, claiming no other company offers the same....Read More

Service Department: The service department is unprofessional and rude, especially non-technical staff. They do not support their own employees and fail to appreciate good work or boost morale. Any mistakes are quickly escalated with attempts to terminate the employee instead of helping them improve.
