It is a good company for freshers.we can learn how we should do the work in industry and how we should be there in industry. Overall it is good
I did 2 years in tis company in production press department as a main operator of hydro pneumatic press machine (multiskill operator)one of the japan technology machine that name is Komatsu e4t 1600ttr . I am given good production with good quality we work like anything in that company but also "NOT GIVEN PERMANENT JOB"
The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that produces high quality products and has a global client base. I like the work environment n staff behaviors.
Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is high sometimes. Managers do not value an individuals unique strengths.
Toyotetsu given a best life time opportunity to learn about TPS system with good teamwork. Got good knowledge about TPM.As an employee I have learnt about production improvement, how to sustain Quality, how to minimise the Cost by implementing some innovative kaizens.
Sometimes my work will go unnoticed by the superiors.
