Job timings was one thing which was good as the day started around 11:30 and ends at 5:30 or 6 in evening.
Indiamart has taken over the competition, hardly client will give you meeting and if by chance he has given a meeting then he will not pay you because services at Indiamart are really better. Throughout the day you have to be on field as there is no office. Wages are very less I repeat very less and you have to manage your conveyance and telephone expenses in that less salary only. Overall if one is not taking services from you and you are continuously on field and there is no job security. If you are not able to perform in 2 months then in the 3rd month you are out of the system. Overall not a good environment to work at. Very hectic and frustrating job with very less salary.
companies work culture is very pathetic and there is no transparency in company , seniors can do anything they want no one is ready to talk to employees , no one takes feedback , some guys run the company if anyone will raise any issue he will be thrown out of company. kind of dictatorship in company, you are nothing in company only your boss is everything , if you raised any problem no one will going to talk to you about that may be next day you will be pushed to leave or you ready to pay the consequences .. very bad experience after working many years even you are not safe and you will fill that you wasted a valuable time of your life in the company

Most of the employees are not happy because of growth . No proper system to manage the things , most of the backend employees are not happy with bosses. Lack of training because of this most of sales gay facing issue to manage the things
