Dislikes

Bad work life balance. Leaves above 2 days requires special permission from higher ups and sometimes gets questioned on doing so. The amount of senior engineers are less as of now.

No work life balance. And the senior management have no respect to the work employees put in. You will always have to work in different technologies rather than sticking on to one which is your domain. No employee benefits provided even if employees are told to stay for late night works.

Excellent oppertunity for freshers and those who looking for technical exposure. Good working atmosphere and technically brilliant developers and managers

The appraisal is not based on employee performance and experience. Good appraisals are given to employees on major projects. Even if some employees are working better on other projects, they are ignored. There is no work-life balance for certain people, and their work is still underappreciated. Appreciation is given only to employees on certain projects
