Initial it was really good but from 2022 everything changed.

Dislikes

No work life balance and there is no any confirm policy. They will change policy according to situation which will be favorable to them. They gives very low hike and they is no extra benefits. They will fire people if they didn't agreed to work for extra hours on Saturday Sunday.

Everything.they seriously don't care about their employees.please think once before joining the company. they have bond of 2 lakh for 3 years.by this way they retain their employees without any increment and one more thing you have to work on Saturday also with such salary.even cashback that we get is more than their salary.they even has not provided me my last month payslip and salary.

If u r a fresher then this company is the best company. I mean it may be a small start up company but in this company u can learn all, and u can do hand's on experience and for fresher they r giving satisfied salary and all the team leader's were friendly but few were strict but that strict is inside the company only.
