Working here was very basic. Simply go, work, and be back. Work life balance is good.

It's a lala startup and there are few employees (Sr. Ones) literally monitoring you, your break timings, call timings, etc to inform management. The management is judgemental and never happy about anything. More of a dictat environment. The budget of this company is low and hence toilet tissue papers are also counted before providing. Salary is never on time. There's no cafeteria or even tea/coffee facility inside office. There is no celebration, annual recognition etc in here.
