Had an excellent team of professionals as my colleagues. Tremendous learning opportunity and experience. Sense of empowerment settles in an involved employee because of the support that Sr. Management team extends during orientation and there after. Concept of "Team Work" has been at the core and this helps individuals and multiple teams in effectively completing cross functional activities. Company's business has been steadily growing in the last 15 years and I am sure will become a global name very soon

Dislikes

There are very few minus points that one can notice in this organization - this being basically to do with administrative decision and nothing to do with Policy of the Organization.

Work

I joined the Organization in the Year 1996 and Manager -Stores. My journey from Stores to that of Heading SAP Center Of Excellence Division was really memorable

The company is very good, lots of opportunities to learning, slowly developing & up-dating as per global needs, so besides some little bit demerits otherwise is very good place to work with.

Dislikes

HR is very week . Need to be pro-hr activities , the company works like a proprietorship firm , need to develop in a professional managed company , so that from individual oriented company to professional managed people is possible. Independence of working is required at Branch office level.

Enjoyed the job but due to some un-avoidable circumstances & personal inconvenience I was forced to resign myself and surprisingly nobody neither my dept people or somebody from HR dept tried to contact me to know the reason of my sudden departure.

I've had worked in TTK Prestige as a summer intern and now I'm doing a project for them. What I love is the culture there. I'm working under the Ernakulam regional office now. So, every one from sweeper to regional manager are considered equally. Everyone working there will definitely feel that the company have concerns about me. I have friends working in other so called reputed companies. But, they wondered when I was talking about the culture and practices in TTK Prestige.

It was truly exciting. It was a bit hard to do field works like surveys and all. But, I learnt a lot of people skills. It was worth more than what it cost.

The Company not a Good For FRONT LINE SALES PEOPLE .Like sales officer & service people, salary package is very - very less. & travel expenses . so co.join only for managers position not a sales officer. No any per motion for sales oficer

Good learning experience as started my career from there. Handled retail sale in Delhi. Got opportunity to launch non stick cookware as well as brawn hair removing machine also in market. Staff also supportive and cooperative.
