Very very excellent company for do work,learn work,discipline, punctuality for all.Lot of training contact for TVS with concern manufacturer and internal for all category employees. Work environment is good. Newly joined person will achieved in future firstly join any TVS company and learn discipline, training and achieved all thinks in future. Bonus , incentive also available in this company. Payment also not delay as per date credited in bank.

Dislikes

I learn lot of things., Get more training for improve quality and management of company and manufacturer . By the luck i got Govt job in Defence so that i resigned from my TVS service.

I got opportunity to work in TVS (Ashok leyland ) & Sons it is god gift. Because i become a manager from DTO to Asst Manager with in four years. It is very critical for take manager post in TVS company there are lot of parameter for get Manager post

Freedom to work, If we are doing the work smoothly, bosses will not ask any questions.9 hours work. comfort. We can goto home early. Our bosses always providing good opportunity.

Dislikes

Managers do not value an Individual strength, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from other department, but they mostly go unnoticed during my apprisal.There is no on job training if I transfer from one depatment to other. Unqualified seniors treating professionals illtreat, no guidence.
