Company policy is very good, remunerations are excellent

Dislikes

Working culture has been spoiled by management by taking wrong decission like man power reduction from OMEGA scheme and UKSC there is no scientific way of approach, for example single mill and double mill, dispatch and work load, local management is also not good, they don't bother about employees and behave like Hitler.

Skills development and learning in different areas enhances ones capabilities and responsibilities.

Too much work pressure. No work life balance. Poor appraisal system.

Very difficult to balance work and life. Work time fixed but almost every day had to go night and anytime.

People are in same place and same position for 5-10 years. Regional level management is very poor, they are no man of word, speak different do different.

Limited scope of growth in same division. Skill development and is next to none. Lower & Middle Management unable to handle revenue/ profit growth. Decision making process is rather long to handle any issues and mostly ineffective. Inter-functional communication is very poor. Lower management is very much into comfort zone.

It could simply be wrong for me may be i am not able to express my concern nothing to dislike only thing is new employee gets more salary and no market correction though they said many opportunities but it solely depend on manager i find manager very good
