Everyone's behavior is good here, it's a team work, I feel like I'm in a family

Dislikes

Shot leave rules are not good, there is no facility of breakfast, evening snacks, I am not satisfied with the punching system for entry and exit in the company

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
