Everything. 0 learning, 0 growth, toxic people, no appraisals, 0 (BIG 0) perks. 10 years old tech but show off (check blogs: specifically newer blogs). Seniors engineers and VPs are not knowledgable leading to 0 learnings. Though working hors are flexible you are asked to deliver more leading to you working on off hours as well.
