Salary credited on time mostly in 5-6 of every month.

This company is not for the family person, if you think you have to join and to settle down then it is not for you. Because company opens on all holidays and you have to come. There is a leave procedure on papers only, your HOD may pass but after few days you see that management has declined it that mean there is communication gap. If you do not have any family time because the Whatsapp group by the management, any time after office hours management can anything and you have to reply. No major holidays like 2nd October, May Day, 15th August, Durga Puja, Diwali, Bhaiduj, 26th January or any National Holidays company asked you too come and force you indirectly to come even in maximum Sunday you have been asked to come. So, if you plan for outing with family on holidays like other families then its not possible. They do not follow NI ACT or not follow the Factory rules, on national holidays all organizations nationwide closed apart from Utkarsh, beside company Skipper Limited gives all holidays properly, I would not suggest to join here not only for holiday purpose because this is the only company where you ca treated as a labour, with 11+ hours duty officially and with tremendous pressures. Job is less here and report making and meeting is higher here. I am now in same field organization beside it but never seen such long long daily meetings or reporting. You may be a good worker has good skill but if you dont know to make a wrong meaningless report then you dont know anything. So, please ask any employee before join here....Read More

salary gets credit on time. it is also not sure that on a specific date salary will come. it comes sometimes 1st week or 2nd week , depends upon CMD availability.

There are so many things to dislike this company. 1. There is no work culture. 2. Here is strict office timing from 10:00 AM to 7:30 PM. if you late then they will deduct salary. 3. Internal system is not good. Even they do not follow any system. 4. Employee sit long hours only to fulfil their duty . 5. Employee must come on Holidays also. if there is holiday on paper they do not follow. 6. They do not give your full and final amount if you leave this company. 7.Here peoples are only survive , who can butter their seniors. 8. seniors employee give abuse to their junior in front of everyone. 9. Peoples are not happy with management decision or work culture but they can not speak in front of CMD. 10. Employee resign their job within one year. 11. There is no work life balance. If you are with family then your life will get ruined. In the last things if you want to join this organisation before that you get inquiry about everything....Read More

People are in the this organisation are very terrible. Office culture are really toxic. From head office to plant people do only politics. Most unorganised and micro mangement I have ever seen. Slavery is the only rule here. Not a good place for women workers.
