It's too headache working there. With no weekly off and too much pressure at work with no helping hand in kitchen. Staff are not co-operative. It's just a place to make some money and move from there as there is nothing to learn as it's a house kitchen with day to day excess of work. Salary is not on time. Every time we have to call HR for the same and also inform the boss regarding the same. No one is there to take care of this things. No medical leave if anything happens at work you will be send home and it will be inform at the gate that if anybody come here for asking the concern person inform him or her that he is not working. No medical leave, no weekly off, no festival off. Working hours is more than 12hours a day with no overtime. U have to be in duty before your time and when ull ask for going they will not allow you to go till 10 in night or some time late also.
Teams mates are not co-operative, no training. No job security no appraisal. Staffs working there are all non local people so very difficult to understand them and their language. If anybody wants to work there he or she is solely responsible for the work as there is no helping hand in kitchen...

No salary increment from last four years,work life balance is not good becoz the shift timing is very pathetic,There is no Job security becoz they fire some people in every december before the time of increment,career growth & further oppourtunities is not good for new engineers, here the whole plant is run by Diploma holders ,so the Diploma people dont value your engineering Degree..
Good company.lots of learning and practical work which used at ground leval in mechanical engg.good culture and healthy atmosphere for employee.overall it is very good.
No job security.personally growth leval is slow.
Presently I am operation head in power plant.i have directly responsible of all phases like CHP.AHP.WTP and laboratory.I have monitors and develops the overall plant performance covering power and steam operations.
Best infrastructure and excellent machines, Good team work culture excellent training and safety programs, timely salary. Excellent freeTraveling and canteen, Colony facilities, good management, . Good learning and motivations, and others perks like mobile, PF, bonus, LTA, medical, leaves Etc.
Now from some days plant is going to raw material shortage and financial fund problem facing, hence no job security.
It is processing industry..i.e .the manufacturer of cold rolled ,galvanizing,pre painted colis/ plain sheetsl./corrugated sheets as well as clear coat embossing products,profiling sheets for auto,engineering,agricultute,building & construction purpose..
