Only thing I like is no late working. Other than that there is nothing good here.

Lots of politics. No recognition. Very rate promotion. They deduct 15% as variable pay but never pay. Annual Salary hike only in single digits below 7%. Promotion is a dream. There are people working for 15 years without promotion. Only local people stay here as there is no career growth. They don't upgrade to use new technology butver happy to face issues and continue to use very old methodology. If you don't co-op, you will for sure get mentally disturbed....Read More

V-guard company is vey good I have always enjoyed working in this company and everyone is supportive. All the products of v-guard are good and the retailer is also happy to sell these products because the product quality is well made.

Double standard salary policy they will not pay good enough to the people who started career with v guard, where as HR is ready for paying the asked salary for people who are recruited from other companies. CTC is a mith, variable pay is included in the CTC so that no one will receive the full amount of variable pay. Employees working on similar projects will be having different pay level which even cannot be compared HR is good for nothing....Read More
