There is a gap of more than 1.5 year between my joining and the previous safety manager and I too left the organisation in 6 months. There are lot of dislikes 1. Zero employee benifits. 2. I have been working in V guard service center (AMBEY ENTERPRISES PATNA) for almost 4 years but I have never received salary on time nor have I received any facility like PF, ESI. It is a very bad company and does nothing for its service technicians.

Technician does not get salary on time, neither PF ESI is deducted and the service incharge has very bad behaviour
