Functional Head Mr. Senthilkumar Chandrasekaran don't know what is " Work" " Life" "Balance". Buttering Guy to Mr. Mittal and got the Promotion and reached the Position. Just copy paste what Mittal doing and what Mittal telling. Observed that Mr. Senthil Kumar's behavior reflects high level ego, which has made it difficult for him to collaborate effectively with others, His limited experience with MNC organization's and lack of exposure to hybrid work cultures may be contributed to this. additionally , his approach to leadership dose not seem to align with the qualities' needed for effective team management. collaborative mindset would be beneficial for someone in a leadership position. Work culture is good. Accomodation facility is good, but you have to pay for fooding. Other facilities are good. Mobile reimbursement is provided with very less money (approx Rs200 only) upto Manager.

Dislikes

They keep employee on contract with 3 month notice. This is really very wrong for a company like WABAG. If their HR can't wait more than a month for joining, why they expect employee will serve 3 month notice. They even not clear the F&F if you don't serve 3 month. Very wrong practice of HR compelling Employee to elope without serving complete notice period and leving behind one month salary as no future company can wait so long. HR will not resolved the problem till your project head agree....Read More
