The main thing is the company makes so much profit yet it keeps on pushing it's employees to make more. They stress the peoples around. So much of politics involved around here. But career growth will be better one here. Persons at higher position will be playing around with freshers and use them as toys. The company culture or the work environment is same like an school or kindergartens. Fun parts will not be encourged here. Always we should be keep on doing work around 8 hours. No fun activities will be carried around the work time to relax our minds. Coming to job security, it depends on us. If we play good, we are safe.
