Managers who has been here for 15+ years has been motivation for me, to prove myself.

DO NOT JOIN !! I have been in this work culture for more than a year. The worst HR, management who ill treats each and every employee no matter how much years they worked for this company. No proper package but needs 101% of your work everyday. Unfair layoffs even for freshers. Overall, the worst company, do not recommend.
