The only thing I liked was what I like in every organisation, i.e. working honestly and giving my best. It was the same here, until I realised that these people do not keep their promises related to salaries and start demeaning you as soon as appraisal period arrives, and puts you under immeasurable pressure.

Dislikes

Literally everything, unprofessionalism, the unprofessional managers, the domination and extreme work pressure.

It is work from home. No forced overtime. No work on weekends. Salary on time.

Dislikes

Quality of clients, Poor Job security. No Bonus. If you resigned they make your exit very hard. HR is very lazy & non responsive. Owner centric company. Unnecessary micro management from the owners.

Cons: 1. Micromanaging a lot : You have to send to do task to your manager and what you done and you have to update weekly task done sheet to HR. 2. Worst attitude by your manager even for small issues they will ask the reasons (Mistakes happens its not a big deal unless its not repetitive) 3. No job security if they like they will keep if not they will fire you with a stupid silly reasons. 4.
