Job security at Varuna is stable, which provides some sense of reliability for empliyees. Promotions are average, so there is some opportunity for carrer progression. However , the overall work environment in the IT department is affected by office politics, favoritism, and unprofessional behavior from certain manager (DGM) and teams, which impacts employee morale.

Dislikes

The working enviroment in the IT departmnet is extermely toxic. The manager (DGM) behaves unprofessionally, showing favoritism towards female employees while being rude and disrespectful to others. Support Lead Abhay Mishra does not take employee conern seriously, and Mukesh is more focussed on snitchering talks between teams and manager. Due to this unprofessional culture All Teams feels demotivaed and uncomfertable. HR and Management ignores this issues at all time, making the workplace even more frustarting....Read More
