Not a trustworthy company - highly unprofessional conduct My experience with this company was very off. The founder personally called me for an interview, fixed my compensation, discussed my joining date, and even requested my financial documents. After all of this, the company and the Founder vanished in thin air, not responding to my follow-ups asking for the offer letter. When they finally picked up, they mentioned that we never said you're finalised as a candidate, which was baffling and so upsetting. To make matters worse, what I see is that they implemented the ideas that I pitched in my PPT during the hiring process. The HR process is null and void. The company works like a Grocery shop where they shop candidates and refuse suddenly....Read More
