It was just the staff who made vertex quite good else there was nothing good

Everything It was the worst company I ever worked with and worst experience. The team leader named Yogesh giri was sick. He was very annoying who wanted to rule over vertex but it was not like that no one liked him. There were more seniors like him who made the experience very terrible

1. No incentives and no bonuses. 2.Delay in salary. 3.Poor management. 4.Irrelevant meets all day. 5.No transparency among agents and supervisors. 6.Company provided us malware softwares which nearly destroyed our systems. 7.More than 1500 employees have already resigned in their first few weeks. 8.Team Leaders are totally unqualified and have no leadership skills and aren't supportive. 9.IT team isn't that good either. 10.Uncertified support teams were being provided to freshers. 11.Work hours aren't fixed and flexible. 12.No holiday on National holidays and no bonus as promised. 13.FAKE ADVERTISEMENT about company and salary. Too much Terrible here asking first review without selecting procedure . Training time more than one month without salary 😭 . If take Back ground verification purpose but stupid verification process all are wrong they just time pass .if join any time cutoff half salary . this is Terrific 💯
