Until we work in the organisation it's totally fine when we drop resignation HR team treats you very badly, no respect. One Major issue is they put 2 years service bond even for experienced people and 90 days notice period

One of the worst organization ever. First they will take 5-6 round of interview and then they will release the offer letter after a month. Even after joining there is no project they have. You have to sit on bench for 5-6 months and when you will request them for any project then they will assign a job which is completely different and junior position role.
