Dear All, My humble request is don't join in this consultancy because they don't know at least how to behave with the candidate and they don't know how to respond with the candidate.If Google have the less than 1star I will give that to this consultancy. While comming to my experience, I am still with VHS, because my joining date was 21 June 2021.One day I got call from "Lakshmi", and she was asked me some details regarding my experience and all, took some documents for processing the interview and that process also done with in a time. After 20 days I got call from "Arpana", in that call she told me like this, "your profile was shortlisted for TCS for performance testing and our company people will contact with you in a short time. Exactly here the main person came into the picture her name is "Geetha Bhavani" very firstly she handles you politely once the documentation process completed no one will respond you friends. Here we are wasting your valuable time. After that anything you will ask for Geetha she told you please mail or call these persons for any clarification and I am not the right person to do this and she send simply mobile numbers or mail I'd s of that particular persons. There after we can suffer for everything like for "project assigning and asset, salary etc." Here my joining date was 21st June 2021, and with out any information they relieved me on 1st July 2021. That mail I got just 2days back. From 21st June to 1st July 21 they did not assigned any project, training or any induction programme, even they did not send me any asset also. Without allocating any project how they relived me. So the same question I asked them, but again I did not get any answer from them. Yes here I need to explain two more persons, those are Prasad and Banjan. I think these two people are full busy in hole day, because they don't have the time to given even reply to the mail.Finally it's worst & worst....Read More
