HR department who is supposed to be the custodian to set up work culture is the most toxic department, I would not recommend any one to join this, as long as people like Prithviraj & Praveen are part of deparment.

Company Culture is horrible, People working there only want to impress the Chairman. Nobody is working for the betterment of the organization. Everyone only wants to impress the Chairman and for this they can even kill eachother. Politics prevails to another level and has spoilt the complete company culture. Management knows about this but is not doing anything to resolve it. Attrition is extremely high due to this. People who are sane don't stick for more than 6 months. They work with an age old method and are not even upgrading themselves. No proper HRMS in place. Getting one small data and building a report on it is the biggest challenge. It's a nice and fun environment to work at. Good to have on your CV. They have a lot of events and workshops. Has excellent curriculum and a lot of focus is given on children's overall development.

Dislikes

Appraisals. They should pay teachers more especially due to the heavy workload. They have meetings weekly which happen after school hours. They have too many observations. Students lack discipline and the school hardly takes any measures to correct them.

Nothing- A complete toxic Environment. The HODs, VPs and Coordinators are useless, people working in BPO are Head of the Departments. It is only about buttering , otherwise you are no where. No hand holding, disrespect, monploy , BOSS IS ALWAYS RIGHT..

Culture, Worthless leaders at Secondary & Higher Secondary. They actually have no work, other than ruining the lives of new teachers. Don't ever join, your life will be finished.They only to publicly harass and insult the teachers who are not their favorites and put you wrong even if you are correct.
