Filter reviews byNothing. Worst place for employees. Worst HR team. HR Udaya Kumar is the worst animal I had ever seen in life. Pay scale is the least among all similar companies. They will not give appraisal ever year. The max amount is 1500 increament for people working for 5 to 10 years. No extra time or overtime payment.
No holidays at all. You need to work on Sundays. No extra payment for Sunday / holiday duty. Compulsory 6 or 7 days work per week. They will not credit salary on time. Every month, there will be problem in payment for employees. HR team will not help us at any level. Worst work life & personal life balance. They will irritate and drain all our energy in that 8 hours. No work from home.

My manager would be my greatest dislike.Company needs to improve its values,needs to look into what is making new joinees quit so quick.Higher management is least bothered about these issues and that is making the company a cultureless one.Please do take care of your managers..please see what they are doing to your people.people with self respect can not stay there long

They provide a lot of hope and built up which makes you put in a lot of effort but it’s wasted as those who are senior age wise gets the job where as those who are younger in age gets extra work load with promises which are never kept
