really with out any doubt it a GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD PLACE TO LEARN. Join there if you want to learn, start your career. Easily you can talk with top management people with out any restrictions.

They send you out at any time with out any reason.Good culture.management policies and decisions are very bad.. they declare leave in the mid night and cancel in 5 minutes before shift start.as they wish they use to decide salary.

Management decision changed in 1 day. After giving you offer letter they able to cancel it next day. If you want to join this company after serving your notice period you may not able to join the company because management decision can change anytime. In sorts you lose you past and present job if you prefer this company to join after watching the best pay package. I am example of one guy within many people who affted like this. They spoil you career and make you job less in one go. HR , Department Head are helpless under moddy management. So I suggest you to read my post before join this company....Read More

Vikram Solar really care about its employees welfare. Good office environment and work life balance as per declared policy

Declared policies are killed on the tables of bosses . Some old bosses are so bossy that they do not allow subordinates to grow and they do everything to make survival difficult for sub-ordinates . Mostly assassination of reputation with conspiracy. Finally person has to resign to get rid of politics and conspiracy.
