"Salary time pe, kaam bhi sahi... par site pe thodi siyasat zyada hai!" Review Body: Vikran Engineering Ltd mein kaam karne ka experience overall theek tha. Salary time pe milti hai, jo aaj ke time mein ek bada plus point hai. Work culture bhi decent hai – kaam ka pressure manageable hota hai aur office ka environment kaafi cooperative hai. Management satisfactory hai – na zyada strict, na hi bhot chill. Kaam nikalwana aata hai, lekin support bhi dete hain jab zarurat ho. Lekin site offices pe thodi politics dekhne ko milti hai – jo log actual field me mehnat karte hain, unhe appreciation kam milta hai. Seniors mostly site pe daude daude firte hain, jabki junior log office me AC me baithe maze lete hain – ye thoda unfair lagta hai aur motivation todta hai. Management is very coorporative. Too cooperative in my opinion. They tend to put a lot of faith in the employees but unfortunately there are a few employees who've been trusted but have not been working in the company's interest.
