The work life balance is very good. Abundance opportunity to develop your skills and get certifications too. Work satisfaction.

Very less project opportunity. Hires freshers and keep them on bench for 1-2 years. Although they give opportunity to upskill but for someone joining from college, no one wants to just learn the theory again and again what they did in college already. If you guys are hiring freshers, give them project opportunity so that they can gain some experience and no just read and learn theory. There is a large sum of money in variable pay, so you get a less in hand salary. Hikes are also low....Read More

Good projets. Ample programs for learning but you need to enroll. They have now started soft-skills program for mid-seniors/senior like mock interview etc.

Finding projects inside the organization is demanding task. One look to find by themselves, neglible help from RM for project allocation.
