In my experience, work satisfaction, skill development and work-life balance at Virtusa depend largely on project you are assigned to. While there are many projects that still use older technologies like Java, working on bank-related project using PLSQL can offer good career prospect. You can strike a good balance between your work and personal life if you are really good at assessing the complexity of your tasks and committing your delivery timelines accordingly.

My team had a diverse people all religions, genders. Virtusa mostly tries to have a diverse teams.

Managers are horrible they don't even thinking about health issues or family issue.virtusa promises unreachable deadlines to client and expects employees to work on it without any requirements. They want you to do overtime but will never compensate for that.
