everything, Complete Manipulation in everything inside store by company even company top Management people are involve in managing wrong inventory in system. Company LP Team is doing fraud with help of Store peoples, culture is very bad, working hours more than 14 hours in a day no holiday, way of talking of senior Management peoples is ruthless, Area Manager forcing to sale with wrong practices, Party with own expanses it is big surprises, no reweds and resonations I ever seen in years, worst organization, worst experience, words Culture, worst people, No Job security any one from HO Team can ask you to left the store without any reason , and HR is in sleeping after employe onboarding, HR know everything but don't react Becouse HR is only for Name, nothing more than this No timing,No responsibility,No work life,No Job security,No management support, corrupt management,Higher management fully corrupt also,all upper and lower seniors management are very irresponsible...Read More

If you like to rule and show supremacy on your subordinates then VMM is the best place to work. Your boss and to management will be happy of you show ruling power in your store, and hence your job will be secure. Otherwise be ready for transfers and humiliation over the conversation call.

Dislikes

There is not even a 1% of job security until and unless you make your boss happy in all the terms. Work life balance is nil as you have to be open to work 24*7*365, no matter if you have taken approved leaves (don't miss con call even you are taking "shaadi k phere"). They tend to give amoung some best salary in the industry, as they know this is the only reason someone can survive in their culture. If you're appointment as SM then be ready as you are a multiplayer, SM role in store, advocate role if there is any legal issue(they will ask you to handle till the last mile) even many more just be ready....Read More
