There alot of politics goes in small floor. Few number of staff work in here. Very much nepotism will goes on floor. If you're truly looking for equality in work. This place isn't fit for you. In this high inflation time. They belive to make you poor. so, you could work always for them. If you're not able to sales. Your team start not talking to you and get ignored or cornered.
