Dislikes: Stating it straight- I haven't found any downsides, and I'm pretty sure there aren't any.
Likes: Our company host a workshop about 'Personal Investment,' and it's led by experts. We're able to gain insights and knowledge to better manage our finances and make informed investment decisions. Likes: I'm happy with the salary they give me. Also, in terms of appraisals, top performers can get more than standard raises. Besides, we have a process where the company asks us for feedback often. I learn much from my seniors; they're easy to talk to.

Likes: We grow not just in position but by learning, diving into our main tasks, easily connecting with others for sharing ideas, discussions, and advice. Feel to share that company offers us sponsored courses to improve skills and knowledge - an opportunity I really value.
Dislikes: Everything seems good and aligned from my perspective.
Likes: One of the worst company where senior abuse junior openly calling them "Ch***ya" in front of everyone , management take sides with this kind of person since junior are replaceable. Dislikes: salary is credited at 15th of that month, Can fire you when they want but you can't resign until company wants.

Likes: Company is good from every point of view. People here are supportive and approachable, maintaining a courteous demeanor. I haven;t witnessed anyone speaking rudely or inappropriately. Without a doubt, I would recommended working here if you seek a peaceful and productive work environment.
Dislikes: No extra compensation, if you are asked to work overtime. This is the only con I see here.
Likes: After seeing the HR Policies you can make out that they are meant to ensure discipline and provide an unbiased work enviornment. A fair platform is given to all. That is why a healthy competition can be seen amongst the employees. Interacting with theHR guys has always been a pleasant experience for me. keep up the good work guys!

Likes: It;s friendly, and everyone is welcoming and communicates respectfully. We have in-house festival celebrations and engagement activities that we really enjoy. These events help us relive stress, and make us feel refreshed. Also, we have outdoor picnics and entrainment activities.
Dislikes: Here, we've half day of 5 hours which I am not happy with. Rest all good.
