Suggesting to not join especially anywhere in UP West Circle. Corrupt,unethical,incompetent management who are just ruining such a great brand name. As a quote 'You have to be in the system to change the sysytem' which I felt in my 2+ years tenure. Inspite working 7 days a week with a duration of 24*7 ultimately management fired me by declaring that I had a poor performance OMG ! than what the hell they were during entire year, why didn't informed me ever ?

Compensation is decent, but growth is sloe. The work pressure is very high. I have to 2-2:30 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client mail & calls in evening and sometimes late into night.Manager do not value of their old employee, which is why I have to think back to my decisions. There is no on-job training for fresher's, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sometimes.
Generally speaking, my work is slightly challenging as I have to look every process & department escalation which was receive on escalation. Resolving customer concern in less time with better way is my job task.

This company has the team of buggers and some of the cross functional teams do not understands the business and only work to fulfill their own targets. They are not customer centric and because of this mismanagement they are losing huge customer base. The acquisition team is cheating the company by entering Fraud customers into the system only to meet the target and later these customers are giving hit to the other functions.

I like the way Vodafone works since its an UK company and the best part is the policies are same across the world. There was no indianisation of the culture and ethics which is the best part. The work environment was good, and you can manage work and home without stretching much. Career growth is good but it takes time.
