Now people are stressed to do 2 man job because they fired so many employees. Work life balance was awful because of this act. Hikes were postponed for almost 2 years.

Don't know when you'll get removed and has a lot of internal politics going on You don't use selenium here you'll forget everything you learned about Java and selenium when you join this company. People here won't even hear your side of the story. Worst HR department and worst IT department. They'll remove you without an proper explanation.

No proper Roadmaps and planning regarding the project and product.Timeline changes everytime and lack of poor support from Product team.And also the development stack is a in house tool so once you're too much used to it you will definitely start forgetting Java.

Arrogant colleagues. Just because one has been there in the organisation for few years, it doesn’t grant you to be arrogant.The worst part is the organisation won’t take action.Organisation should always be above any individuals. But sadly this company has lost it charm, which it had initially.
