- Nothing to learns for software developers, they use their own tool to build projects, which will make your knowledge limited to that tool and that will make things difficult while finding a better job - They only talk about Agile methodologies but never follow them, they do several releases on friday and then ask you to work on weekends to fix the production issues - So much micromanagement, number of managers > number of developers and QAs - Very low salary range -Bad Hr and management policies...Read More

The company was very good a few years ago. And job security wise it is very good. In the last decade and half there are no cases of Firing a employee. They provide Free Food. If you join as a fresher you get good opportunities to grow. There's also employee re-hire policy.

Major Problem in Volante is its Work life balance. Till 2019, there were no Project Managers and all.. Once they stepped in everything changed. There is no proper management since the last couple of years. Work Life Balance is the worst ever. They schedule calls frequently even @ 10 pm as they like without even consulting employees. Expected to work almost all weekends. Don't have any Bonus for employees. There's no pay for the work done during weekends. Working for 14-18 years is a common phenomenon in Volante especially during Work from Home period. Also, even though there's on-job training for freshers or laterals, senior folks like us have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain...Read More
