Its quite a good experience working over here. All staff is good . Company is working under different projects that's give vast range of learning & opportunity to ehance the skill set.

Dislikes

Growth is slow as well as the salary optimization according to designation is not relevant.

I am working as a senior engineer whose job is to optimise the process ,reevaluate, reanalysis and implement new process based on real time analization. To maintain data record through MES and SQL . Tool testing & implement Kaizen activity time to time.

The company is open to innovation and related adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable high quality products and has a global client based. As a result I get to travel abroad especially to the China and India. But on site travel is completely depends on your project and client's location.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12- 16 hours in a day.

Senior behavior is very bad . Just like group leader and line leader and all . All the time they threatening you that you are not a permanent employee in this company and we can do whatever we want to do with you and no one can stop us . Vsun company's food is very bad trust me .
