I had worked for 5 years in the Vydehi Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre and I have completed my MBBS here in this institute and got placed here. All the doctors and my team-mates were very helpful and co-operative. Here the growth of an individual is very high in terms of salary as well and you will learn something new every day.

Medical Facilities need to be upgraded.

Job security is not there, no promotions, salary is are very low based on experience we have, even though if we get 95% rating continuous years salary will not be revised by the managment.work load is more in non working hours also.
