The firm has a good environment comparitively and the employees are also quiet good and co-operative. Work Culture is good along with the management.

The way they cared about our health and made arrangements for necessary financial support if something goes wrong, is really appreciable
Dislikes
Compensation policy is not transparent. Though we meet/cross their expectations, they are not meeting our expectations on compensation & work life balance.
