Poor skilled managers- very laid back, they need only updates and it's your responsibility to spoon feed updates to their managers so that they can spill it to their top managers. No growth to people- again laid back. Promotions only for managers. No career progression. They just wake up and talk about career growth during AES. Until then if you continuously go to managers, they say there is nothing we can do. Even if you get trained, u perform in your aspiring role, they are just laid back to talk to other org peers to do an org transfer. You keep working on the new org without an org transfer putting ur career at risk. No motivations- no feedback or thankful culture. It's just politics and steal ur knowledge and vomit somewhere else. No respect- again it's poor management. They don't care. There r people from other org who speaks without respect. No defined roles and responsibilities.. everyone works on everything. Eg- program manager designs and implement solutions. Mostly very poor quality solutions. They commit, messup and if there is an issue, it becomes ur responsibility. If there is no messup, they r very intelligent to do any work. I find it amusing. No job security- They hire you with very high pay. Take all your skills and knowledge from market. Build their product. Then say your role is redundant. For developers, they have 40% AI code usage metric which directly implies 40% job cut in future. Overall a big Noooooo.......Read More
