Poor skilled managers- very laid back, they need only updates and it's your responsibility to spoon feed updates to their managers so that they can spill it to their top managers. No growth to people- again laid back. Promotions only for managers. No career progression. They just wake up and talk about career growth during AES. Until then if you continuously go to managers, they say there is nothing we can do. Even if you get trained, u perform in your aspiring role, they are just laid back to talk to other org peers to do an org transfer. You keep working on the new org without an org transfer putting ur career at risk. No motivations- no feedback or thankful culture. It's just politics and steal ur knowledge and vomit somewhere else. No respect- again it's poor management. They don't care. There r people from other org who speaks without respect. No defined roles and responsibilities.. everyone works on everything. Eg- program manager designs and implement solutions. Mostly very poor quality solutions. They commit, messup and if there is an issue, it becomes ur responsibility. If there is no messup, they r very intelligent to do any work. I find it amusing. No job security- They hire you with very high pay. Take all your skills and knowledge from market. Build their product. Then say your role is redundant. For developers, they have 40% AI code usage metric which directly implies 40% job cut in future. Overall a big Noooooo.......Read More

Writing this genuine comment from heart- consider this as Genuine SAP Folks voice (excluding Show off people) 1. Amazon fellows occupied upper level management position. Domination to the higher extent without SAP knowledge. Destroyed SAP US Payroll Implementation. 2. ABAP Team senior manager - not at all having 0.1% SAP Basic andscreen level knowledge. We pushed into mental pressure, health problems because of this guy and complete EBS management. 3. Knowledge and skills not at all required to survey here. If you okay to say “Yes” to Senior Director, then congrats, you are the personal assistant to him. 4. 70% of engineers are following Point 3 by losing their real dignity, honour and respect. Feel shame for them. 5. US company / US Team converted into “Factory Team” because of mentioned 4 points. 6. ABAP team is really worse I’ve ever seen. The comapny is amazing no doubt! However there are certain people who are dragging the management down. Especially a guy called "Rajasekhar" in Chennai campus. He is really annoying and tries to brag and prove that he is the best in the floor. Also, he has got many complaints from candidates who attend the interviews. He humuliates them, interrogates in a non-professional manner and will reject the candidiates no matter. He behaves as if he is an alpha male in the house, but his not. His reputation is also not positive, many candidates can't beleive how climbed the ladder to be in the management. Even the hiring HRs know about his arrogant behaviour in trating the candidates who come for interview. Walmart is an amazing place to work, however this guy is pulling it down. Walmart would usually lowball you if your current CTC is less or you don't have a competitive offer in hand. So please negotiate with HRs and don't give up. Walmart is very strict regarding their hybrid work policy so you'll have to work from office atleast 2 days per week. Even if you're going to your hometown they usually won't give WFH and you'll have to take paid leaves.
