Too much politics. HR department interference in each & every department even they don't nothing about it. If you say no to them they took it on who and then they start grilling you like hell. HR department head & Manager doesn't have the knowledge of her own department and work. Be aware from the HR head, Manager and deputy Manager in this organisation. It used to be a great workplace, But now under the new boss its living hell. Almost 8 resignations from his own team within 6 months. Yet somehow HR still entertains him. People are pressurized to work. Lots of internal politics. Many are walking out
