No proper team parity,a person with 6 years experience reports to someone with 4 years experience Depending on your flattery you get benefits For instance 1. One employee with one yr experience as a trainee gets promoted to AM, whereas as with 2 yrs is promoted to Sr Executive 2. Current HO BHR - every single year promotion right from management trainee to manager in span of 4 years, however 6+ yrs experience is promoted as AM, even though handling a team of 6 3. Chief manager can wfh for more than 2 months, while the entire office is operating from office, yet availing wfh is not allowed for others..How ironic ? No appreciation for work instead you are given additional responsibilities with short TAT 1000 employee strength pan India, approx 30 HR yet every junior to mid level HR are overloaded.. because the focus is more on Showing off and not core HR practices RnR activities is competition or a way to complete the target instead of actual reward to the employees They spend lacs of rupees under the name of talent management program el club which is of no benefit.. employees often complain, but that's not taken in consideration, people often resign and get frustrated to be part of the same. Employees are forced to participate Micro management in every aspect possible and you are expected to do the same Depending upon your designation you are asked to be seated for lunch.. Apparently that's growth Cheif manager HR treats employees as if everyone is labour, egoistic nature, asks the employees to leave, they are okay a new resource instead of retaining a new one Management isn't aware or rather don't care about well being, concern raised are not addressed rather they are ignored Urgent/ immediate or sick leaves are asked to be managed, and expected to work and deliver even on sick leaves.. You are expected to present health certificate for one day leave HR HOD has favourite people and responds to only them, don't even treat others as team member.....Read More
