Nothing .Messed up company filled with people who don't value professionalism . They just hire when the interest rates are low and give them 2% hike per year . Recently read few articles that they found weird ways to lay off people instead making it a direct lay off due to as they couldn't afford the CTC after inflation of interest rates .

Nothing much, onsite partners are cool that's one good thing. Little bit of free and friendly environment.

I don't like that we don't have below pointers. 1. WFH flexibility not there 2. Office hours restriction and flexibility is not there 3. round neck T-shirts/fully casuals are not allowed. 4. Many companies have 2 days WFH without office hours restrictions. 5. Hike is very less. These are not complaints, but these can make huge impact for a middle class family people/employees. Company is completely looking cost cutting and starting basic cab facilities to providing basic benefits to employees, everything has been cutoff and there are always finding new wats to fire people. Ethics of Wells Fargo has been drastically gown down in the last few years.

1. No increment or less salary hike given compared to market price 2. Promotion will have to wait for long time 3. Performance pay once a year and No bonuses or incentives are given in the middle. 4. Managers are more dependent on their team for taking decision in giving mid-year and year end ratings. No self or independent decision is taken here.

Work culture. Managers are non trained micro managers across the different teams and management doesnot address your concerns. People from my team resigned but no action was taken against the toxic environment .

Only few teams follow/adhere to timings helping in maintaining ,the weekly ‘in office’ others leave with 4-5 hrs of ‘in office’. Organisation should enforce it across all teams min 7 hrs in office.
