Now wellsfargo is ok cost cutting mode. As per the global survey wells listed top and one of the best companies but they started layoffs, downsized the benefits, micro monitoring and management has become so toxic.

Need to work without sleeping that is the expectation and hired me without informing the job roles. There will not be any meeting regarding the requirements, or developments. We have to test as if we know everything like a god. Then what is the point of hiring the new resource?

Except for the salary nothing i liked here, . people here too outdated and takes lot of time to do work and it's developer responsibility to make them work

Long working hours people don't know what to do but still ask us to deliver things My manager calles 7 o clock in the not ask us to finish the things by EOD And he puts calls in the early morning 9 o clock.. Instead of 9 hours we are working for 24 hours I guess My health got spoiled and due to calls I was not able to eat properlyand lost 5 kgs in a month's span and got dizziness and felt sick. If your getting interviewed and your manager name is Bhaskar please look for other job immediately my sincere request Don't say I can handle and come ... Bad tech stack. Support projects. Partially while performance review. Useless comments by manager in review. Senior team members are less cooperative. Very bad politics. If you are not an outspoken person ,even you work hard you will be given zero hike with low ratings. But truth is this situation everywhere now a days.

Thier managers are rasist and they have own lobby. where LOB head to junior managers are supporting each other. If anybody have any issue with her or his manager nobody will help you even if you complain to HR or sr. Managet . Then you will face heat. HR department is for name sake they dont have powet . thet are puppet of managers. People we get benefit if you are managers favourite

In my 12 year of exp, one of the wrost org i worked. They hired idiot managers who don't know what team is doing, you will get any thing to work which is not even your skillset. I can say toxic company now, earlier its very good. Even all benifit company stopped.many people leaving

It not the same Wells Fargo now lot changed and many employees were let go during covid time. Sad thing QA Testing is moved under operations now.
