(Not being rude but I have to say these)There are high level of partiality and favoritism in ADCC, Online fraud and claims(OFC) and Credit cards(CC). In ADCC, promotion and hikes are based on level of favorite for a FLM/Manager/Male TM is getting married/TM is aged. Because of these favoritism or other actions are affecting the realknowledgeable and hard working TM's promotion or they dont get the hikes for their efforts. No data access to analysis. So much of manual work . Systems are there but no one ready to automise. Completely depends on management. What MGMT taking that is final decision no opportunity if any one speaks.

Wells Fargo is a drem company for many financial employees who work for bank and want to have a good culture and work life balance. I like working in Wells Fargo personally due to lot of reasons there is no internal politics, good package Wells never fire people even in worse situation so if you are looking for a stable job join us.
Dislikes
In Wells there is less opportunity for skill enhance and projects . People are using very very old technology to do work even if you talk about automation they will tell you to do in Excel :)

Few Leaders lack skills and rigid in their approach even if the tasks are unproductive. Improper behavior and management of senior Leaders go unnoticed due to favoritism. Policies are ready as per the convenience of higher management

I really like the culture in Wells Fargo but it has been detoriating from past 5-6 years. Earlier everything was very transparent and had some value for Team Members but now everything is will and wish of Manager no value for Team Members opinion.

Management is completely given to managers and Team works as per Manager will and wish no respect to team members.

The transparency of the senior management is very good. Very good professional culture.

The banking domains lacks the up to the mark technology adaption. It takes long for any new implementation.
