Over the period of time, Healthspring (Wellspring Healthcare pvt ltd has improved drastically, after COVID the scenario was very vulnerable, but this company managed to shook everyone and proved its existence. Very happy to be a part of such wonderful organisation

Dislikes

People who work in company actually make the company, before leaving or after leaving they put bad impression over new joiners, this should be stopped and addressed.

if I start writing about dislike than I can publish book on it. 1. Salary not on time. 2. No Increment. 3. No appraisals. 4. incentive shown on paper but never received 5. Bonus is only part of your offer letter never received 6. No job security 7. HR is only there to give salary, hire and fire. 8. No motivation and appreciation on work 9. Bit of stressy been occupied always which is good tho but sometimes becomes super clingy , But yes you get to learn a lot since you handle and are responsible for all the departments!
