Everything is pathetic here right from management to finance and HR team. You dont get your salary fnf pf on time. These jerks deduct pf from your salary every month and they pay you as per their own will. They dont even file form16 for everything you have to beg here. HR is the worst dept here they are so useless that even an empty bench is more useful then them. This is a scam company and ppl here satisfy their own ego and cheat with the employees. They are least bother about the ground staff and managers. Here Zonal doesnt do anything they just deligate the task and roam full day and then ask for results. All the ZmS only run after the management and survive if you ask them for any help they will keep you hanging and wont bother to support you for anything. Management ask the Drs and Managers to give extra investigation and pitch for higher packages and loot the customers to fill their own pockets. Dont ever join this scam company your career will go for a toss, they have such a bad reputation in market that you will have difficulties in finding other jobs even if you say that you work in Healthspring. This is the result that there centres are shutting down as these ppl dont dont even pay rents for months and later vacate the place and run away with the balance money of landlords. This is one of the worst company in health and wellness sector. Healthspring which has a registered name of Wellspring healthcare is going down the sink as a waste. They have almost 500 employees across Mumbai, Pune and Bangalore, with almost 20 to 25 centers across Mumbai and Pune. This company has one of the most incapable team inthe HO, which is been headed by some bunch of strubun people at the Director level. The owners are Sen's who are a father and son duo. They started this venture almost around 10 years back.. Initially they had some good luck. However now since 2018 the scenario is totally opposite. The profit growth graph is going downwards. The company is not at all ready for any new ideas..<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. The senior management is such a old school that they don't have a proper vendor management system</mark>. Coming to the center. There is a big scam in the center going on which is somewhat under control. However, it seems there a very strong group of people in HO who is heading the scam at center... The employees at center and HO are hard working. However, due to the stubborn policy employees are suffering alot.... Due to its malpractice at centers and complaints from clients, the company has lost funding.... Employees are not getting their salaries ontime.... Bonuses, travel conveyance and even F&F of ex-employees are stuck for more than a year.... Coming to HR of this company they are useless... They are just giving a bind eye to employees plea for small things... HR role is to understand employees and keep a balance... Fake established with no salaries being provided after employment They turn off their comments on LinkedIn so that the people who has faced thir issues can't register and they will hire innocent people for the next scam.

If ever being offered from this established kindly don't join as it will make u feel traumatized. They will not give u salary ever and u have to spend your savings but still no salary will be credited. The management is a bunch of scammers who is scamming the entire system along with the owner </mark>. You will be happy getting a great position but trust me you will never get any salary. They will scam you and make you to go to some other state and will not give u salary and later after their work is done they will provide termination letter. It's not just my word but almost 72 employee's faced the same and everyone of them had put their issues to the labour court regarding the same yet no response from the management team . Don't be a fool and get into this organisation and later be traumatized. The COO Wasim Gorai is a scamster with his team is scamming with employee ment . Careful if being given a offer .
