Work culture is terrible, you can only climb up the ladder if your are good at sucking up your manager's tantrums. The job roles are not at all defined, and if you stand up against it, forget about appraisal. If you go to HR for something, they bluntly tell you to suck it up or you'll be in the bad books of your manager and the management.

It’s been few month since I joined WIKA Ghaziabad. Honestly I don’t find Iota of incompetence and confined in higher management .perks and benefits offer here are pragmatic and based on performance only.don’t know why few fanatic people creating fable social stigma against company here .

Dear Umang Gupta Sir, Mai ese group ka hissa hu. Ye sare negative comments ko lead karne vale Abhishek Jindal and Ankit Tiyagi hain. Or ye unlogo ko badhka rhe hain jo kisi bhi karan se unsetisfied rhe hain. Jese ki Sailesh Gupta and Sachin Pandey Jo Ambica steel Mai kam kar rahi hai. or vo log negative comments likh rhe hain. Is group Mai or log bhi hai jo ki company me hi kaam karte hain or yha ki sari information bhar en logo ko dete rhte hai or enka saath de rhe hain. Es group me Amar Kansal, Abhishek Tiyagi or jo naya ladka IT me aaya hai Sudhir vo bhi hain. Manai aap ke saath bhut kam kiya hai, aap Sai accha mentor, or kam karnei wala vayakti manai nahi dekha hai.. Aap sirf kampani ka sochte hai. Ye aapki image kharab karna chate hai kyoki enhe aapse personal problem hain asa ye sabko bol bhi chuke hai. ye log sirf aapna sochte hai or chate hai bus pesa milta rhe kuch kaam na karna pde. or jo bhi positive bolta hai use bolte hai ki buttering kar rha hai. New joiners ko bolte hain kam kaam kro, or bhot kuch jo mai aapko personaly sab bta dunga. Ye aapke bare me likh kar company ke logo ko jo enke dost hai unke saamne apni sekhi jhadna chate hain. Ye log hmesha se hi compny me negativity fhalate rhe hai or abhi bhi kar rhe hain.... Mai aap se nivedan karta hu ki aap action le or Ambica steel or other company ke HR se baat Kere. Ye log fake ID sai kam kar rahi hai, Aap cyber cell mai bhi complaint kar sakte hai, Sab sach aa jai Ga. AAP ka shubh chintak.
